When you’re wearing the many “hats” associated with running a small business its easy for your attention to become fragmented. You can find yourself jumping from one task to the next, always busy but not making any real progress.
That’s one of the reasons why its important to set realistic, measurable goals. After all, if you don’t know where you want to go, there’s a pretty good chance you’ll never get there.
