Great post and very relevant to SOHO solos, Hope you weren&#039;t supposed to be working when you wrote it!

I think we SOHO solos do sometimes tend to plow a lonely furrow and the point about support is a real issue. It very often and not appropriate to ask for support from family or friends and you certainly wouldn&#039;t ask clients for help.

You peer group can often be seen as competition but people with some kind of common issues are often a good bet.

The internet is certainly a great tool for casting wide to find people who can help out or just act as some virtual support.

Your points about taking breaks is a big issue for me. I have worked through the night before, hardly taking my eyes from the screen!

Very bad practice and my health has certainly suffered to say nothing of my social and family life!

Look after yourself.
