SOHO Solo West Cork is the West Cork Chapter of SOHO Solo Ireland, a small business networking and support group established as part of an EU project funded by the Interreg Atlantic programme. When that project came to its natural conclusion in 2005, Cork BIC, administrators of SOHO Solo in Ireland, elected to continue funding the project in collaboration with the local Enterprise Boards.
SOHO Solo West Cork is a unique networking and support group that’s specifically tailored to the needs of its small office / home office members. It offers the opportunity to connect with other independent small businesses in the region, to share, collaborate and socialise with people who face similar challenges.
We meet once a month — middle of the month, middle of the week, middle of the day — or lunchtime (12:30) on the Wednesday closest to the 15th of the month, if you prefer.
Meetings are informal and loosely structured, with members or guest speakers sharing their expertise in an interactive and open environment. We learn a lot, and the meetings are both enjoyable and of tangible business benefit. You’ll genuinely take something away from every meeting that’s of practical value to your SOHO business.
